With over 30 years of experience as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner, she brings a high level of clinical expertise and professionalism to every assessment. For more than 10 years, Kelly has conducted comprehensive capacity and health-related assessments, completing approximately 680 evaluations for a wide range of adult clients.
