The office of Kelly Joseph Designated Capacity Assessor requires the invoice to be paid in full day of assessment.

If, by some unforeseen circumstance the assessment is cancelled within 24 hours of assessment, you will be refunded 1/3 of the invoice paid if travel has already taken place.

Our policy is set in place due to the high volume of scheduled appoints that require extensive travel and accommodations.
